Responsibilities: • Convert pre-qualified leads • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure the growth of our customer base • Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Lead Generation • Lead Follow Up • Database • Sales talk mastery • Close sales • Set appointments Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Coachable • Good communication • Sales experience Compensation: $135,000 at plan commissions yearly
