Responsibilities: • Convert prospects into leads and clients • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure the growth of our customer base • Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Lead Generation • Lead Follow-Up • Database • Network with short-term rental properties Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Coachable • Sales experience • If you do not have a real estate license, we can help you obtain a license Compensation: $160,000+ at plan commissions
