We are looking for a mechanic / shop helper to work in our Swisher, IA shop location. 

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Oil changes and simple maintenance of vehicles
• Perform inspections on vehicles
• Keep vehicle registration current on all vehicles
• Note overall condition of vehicles
• Repair equipment
• Help with equipment and trailers
• Unload deliveries
• Maintain inventory
• Keep shop and yard clean and organized
• Possible Field repairs

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 1 year previous mechanic experience
• Knowledge of methods, materials, tools and techniques used in the repair and maintenance of a variety of vehicles and mechanical equipment
• Must possess knowledge of occupational hazards & standard safety precautions
• Valid driver’s license, CDL preferred but not required
• Ability to perform all tasks without supervision.
