Job Description

An Absolute Recomp sales representative is responsible for accumulating sales, closing sales, upkeep with sales training, cleanliness of facility, and collections with the sales manager.

Qualifications

• Sales associate must have sales experience. Gym sales experience preferred.
• Must be outgoing and willing to converse with people
• Must look presentable (keep a clean look)
• Customer service experience is preferable
• Must be able to speak properly and communicate professionally via phone call, email, and text - Required to be punctual

Responsibilities

• Sales associate is responsible for reaching out to leads, getting people in the door, and generating revenue.
• Sales associate is required to oversee gym floor and ensuring all weights are put up and floor is clean and free of trash. - Sales associate is responsible for generating their own leads
• Sales associate is responsible for generating google reviews to help increase our exposure
• Sales associate is responsible to aid Sales manager in collecting payments
• Sales associate is responsible for tracking their own sales and recording them in sales sheet
