A NATIONAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY, SPECIALIZING IN SELF STORAGE FACILITIES, HAS AN OPENING FOR A FULL-TIME TENANT INSURANCE ANALYST FOR OUR HOME OFFICE IN THE CORDOVA, TN 38016 AREA.
PAY WILL BE $18/HR
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY: Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Tenant Insurance Analyst will be responsible for driving increased tenant insurance revenue for properties.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
General program management, account set-up and maintenance
Interaction with tenant insurance vendors
Monthly reporting on objectives, and support of other day to day activities and tasks
Coordinating addition/removal/accuracy of participating properties to tenant insurance program
Ensure the compliance to state insurance regulations
Monthly review of Non-Confirming Transactions
Updating insurance clause of lease
Follow up to determine completion of vendor initial training for all new hires
Coordination of license renewal and communication of renewal to properties
Monthly review of team members who need to complete SBOA annual training
Ensure tenant participation
Coordination of New Management Letters for takeover of existing properties
Coordination of carrier change letters to currently insured tenants of new properties
Coordinating Mandatory Roll Out Letters
Assistance with material ordering
Coordination of claims documentation between property and vendor
Assisting with special claims decisions
Quarterly review of claims document
Annually charge participation fee
Monthly review of one property financials (per state) to ensure components are in place
Monthly creation of OPP ASM Management Fee invoice
Identifying, outlining, and managing process improvement with Doorswap
Identifying, outlining, and managing process improvement with vendor
Identify underperforming properties and/or team members to determine additional training needs
Creating, monitoring, and responding to tenant insurance thread on TEAMS
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information then communicating report analysis to team members
Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
To obtain full-time hours per week, other responsibilities will include, assistance to our accounting team and general administrative and office functions

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED required
1-3 years of experience in an insurance related position
Experience with storage management or property management preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word (MS Office, Excel and Outlook)
