  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Report to the Co-Founder for all needs of the Norm Therapy program.

    • Meet one on one with individuals who are going through the program.

    • Speak with the individuals and document their responses to pre-established intake questions.

    • Assist the individual in being able to identify the truth.

    • Pass people on to the clinician for professional therapeutic services.

    • Create intake reports of data that has been collected. 

    • Attend all department and company meetings and provide feedback on the program.

    • Other tasks as required.

  • Qualifications

    HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

    • Present a high level of work ethic.

    • Extremely articulate.

    • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

    • Experience in counseling psychology is a plus but not required.

    • Must be available to volunteer 15-20+ hours a week

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
