JOB SUMMARY- The Internship Coordinator aids the Internship Program Supervisor in developing internship processes and procedures. This role provides administrative support as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES-

•  Assists in developing the Company Mind Map.
• Identifies intern training needs.
•  Assists in developing Internship procedures/processes.
• Provides administrative support.
•  Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS-

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field and/or equivalent experience.
• Experience in developing internship processes or willingness to train and learn.
•  Experience in developing Mind Maps or willingness to train and learn.
• Experience in reviewing and/or developing training content.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be available to volunteer 5-10 hours/week.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
