Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. COMMISSION-ONLY REVENUE.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present and sell company products (AC Units residential & commercial) and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields required
• Must have valid driver's license & reliable transportation to commute to & from clients homes
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

$60,000-$100,000 is what can be expected from commissioned based sales.
