Program Advisor (In-Person) – Test Prep & College Counseling Center

Location: San Jose, CA 95118 (In-office only)

We are a test prep and college counseling center serving middle and high school students. We are seeking an Academic Program Advisor who enjoys working with students and parents, explaining academic programs, and supporting student success.

Responsibilities:

Meet with students and parents to explain our programs and services

Advise families on appropriate test prep and academic support options

Support student onboarding, scheduling, and follow-ups

Coordinate with teachers and counselors

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university (required)

Background in education, teaching, tutoring, or academic support (preferred)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in person at our San Jose (95118) office

Work Location:

Fully in-person (no remote or hybrid)
