Over The Rainbow CDC is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Instructional Leader to oversee curriculum excellence, elevate teaching quality, and develop a high-performing team.

This leadership role is responsible for instructional coaching, staff development, curriculum implementation (The Creative Curriculum), and regulatory excellence. We are looking for a strategic thinker who thrives in classrooms, leads with confidence, and builds strong professional culture.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and coach teaching staff through structured observations, feedback, and 1:1 mentoring

· Oversee implementation and fidelity of The Creative Curriculum

· Train and onboard new staff members and design ongoing professional development

· Oversee lesson plan quality, classroom environments, and child development outcomes
