Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Film and coding of all Academy training sessions and games as directed (includes traveling with Academy teams to away games and tournaments as needed).
• Prepare pre, live and post-match analysis for Academy teams as directed.
• Support all aspects of the Individual Development Plans including participation in player meetings.
• Databasing of principles and playing philosophy clips from matches and training.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years working in an elite youth environment

Experience and expertise in using any and all necessary performance analysis software

Good understanding of Red Bull Playing Philosophy
