As a result, we are in IMMEDIATE NEED of additional BDC/Appointment Setters in our business development center. It is a HUGE plus if you are fluent in Spanish. This is a CUSTOMER SERVICE, CALL CENTER position that involves INBOUND AND OUT BOUND CALLS, SENDING AND RECEIVING EMAILS & TEXTS, WORKING THE PHONE, SETTING SALES APPOINTMENTS & CUSTOMER FOLLOW-UP. If you possess a high level of customer service and have worked as a telemarketer, or worked in phone sales or a call center, this may be your next step!

A HIGH DEGREE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IS DESIRED

PRIOR EXPERIENCE AS A TELEMARKETER/CUSTOMER SERVICE/CALL CENTER REP IS A PLUS!

BILINGUAL (SPANISH/ENGLISH) IS A HUGE PLUS!

PRIOR BDC EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS!

BASIC COMPUTER AND PHONE & TEXTING SKILLS ARE A MUST
