Qualifications
Ability to communicate fluently in English, Spanish a plus
Highly motivated with a proactive attitude towards service development
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills particularly in pressure situations

Ability to prioritize own workload and that of colleagues

Excellent timekeeping and organizational skills
Minimum of ‘C’ level USSF license or UEFA equivalent required, ‘B’ level preferred
Commitment to ongoing professional development through relevant courses and conferences
Complete any mandatory qualifications on an ongoing basis as required by associated governing bodies
Minimum of 3 years in the elite sports setting
Evidence of player development from youth and/or USL levels to MLS level
Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team in a professional sporting environment
An understanding of working in the soccer environment
Experience of developing and implementing innovative ideas and putting them into practice
