About the Role:

Join Gateway Residential Services as an Academy Instructor, where you will empower individuals through engaging in self-directed programs at the Academy and in the community. We are dedicated to fostering growth and development in our community, and we are looking for passionate individuals to help us achieve our mission.

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to diverse learning needs.

Facilitate interactive workshops and instructional sessions for participants.

Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance skills.

Collaborate with team members to create innovative teaching materials.

Maintain an inclusive and positive learning environment for all participants.

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into curriculum.

Support students in achieving their personal and professional goals.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for mentoring.

Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learner needs.

Enthusiastic and dedicated to fostering a supportive learning environment.
