    We are currently looking for part-time and full-time SPECIAL EVENT FIELD TECHNICIANS to join our team!  Our field technicians are our boots on the ground for each of our clients.  The success of our client’s events depends largely on the service we provide and our ability to get our product to the event site on time and in perfect condition.  We want people who like to be on move all the time, who love to work hard and is dedicated to quality customer experiences. 

    PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: 

    • Lead and encourage an engaged field staff that embody our core values and mission.
    • Support our talented field technicians by creating amazing events and keeping our fleet in good working condition.
    • Maintain and care for an efficient, effective fleet by training and monitoring Lead drivers in performing pre-trip inspections.  
    • Perform general preventative maintenance on our current and future fleet.
    • Train, mentor and empower Lead drivers by evaluating their performance and abilities behind the wheel of our fleet
    • Maintain cost and find ways to lower cost on our fleet.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist drivers in loading and unloading equipment from trucks
    • Assist in setting up equipment for special events (tents, tables, chairs, archways, lighting, etc)
    • Work in varied weather and field conditions (sun, rain, cold, indoor, outdoor, etc)  
    • Lift, push, or pull 50lbs on a regular basis and sometimes during long shifts
    • Interact with people (clients, fellow employees, others) in a professional manner while on the job.
    • Perform other duties as requested.

    WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL HERE:

    • Regularly attend work and be punctual
    • Interact with others in a polite and professional manner
    • Work a flexible schedule, sometimes up to 12 hours a day
    • Follow directions and instructions promptly
    • Agility to transport and install event equipment
    • Multitask
    • Operate with a sense of urgency
    • High School diploma preferred, but not necessary

    HIRING PROCESS:
