We are looking for former Active-Duty U.S. Military Officers to transform into one of the highest performing supply chain consultants in Corporate America. This role is at the intersection of functional and technical domains and is an excellent opportunity to transition into technology. You will receive training in diverse industries’ business trends, their top supply chain challenges, leading practices, and Oracle Cloud supply chain applications.
You will learn best practices, cutting across domains and industries, while working directly with our client’s Senior Executives. You’ll build experiences across diverse industries, meet new people and expand your network, and enjoy traveling to new places.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design business processes and application configurations based on industry best practices.
- Interact with key end users and business owners to map standard application software to standard business processes and conduct process gap analysis.
- Assist in all implementation activities including design, configuration, and testing.
- Escalates and engages appropriate leadership/key project stakeholders to resolve significant issues that will impact project deadlines, as needed.
- Responsible for end-to-end ownership of project communication, gathering insights from excel worksheets and crafting executive-level presentations & communications in PowerPoint.
- Facilitate project deadlines so that all operations & strategy projects launch on-time, correctly, and on budget; provide updates on a weekly basis to management
- Ensures project data and documentation are regularly updated in PMO tools and kept current to ensure accurate communication of project status. Ensures project status is concise and uses business terminology.

- 4 Year Minimum Active-Duty Service
- O3+ Officer Ranks
- U.S. Army Logistics Branch Officer (former Ordnance, Transportation, Quartermaster Branches)
- U.S. Navy Supply Corps Officer
- U.S. Marine Corps Logistics Officer
- U.S. Air Force Logistics Readiness Officer
- Prior Company / Troop Executive Officer Role of a combat arms unit or equivalent with responsibilities over maintenance, logistics and second in command
- Prior Battalion / Brigade / Regiment Assistant S4 or Primary S4 OIC, Division Assistant G4 or G4 Staff Officer in Logistics is a Plus
- Top 5% in Officer Evaluation Reports (Army) / Fitness Reports (Navy and Marine Corps) for the past 2 years
- Early select for promotions and/or early select for Company / Troop equivalent unit command is a Plus
- Experience in working with Contracting Officers, submitting Purchase Requisitions and Commitments, managing, and working directly with military contractors is a Plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required as this is a client facing role.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.
- Prior experience and knowledge about Logistics and Supply Chain processes is required.
- PMP / Agile certified is a Plus
EDUCATION:
BS in Business Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related fields with specialization in Supply Chain Logistics.
