Responsibilities: • Conduct research on various topics using online search engines and databases. • Analyze and compile the collected data to produce comprehensive reports. • Maintain and update the organization's research database to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Collaborate with other departments to identify research needs and develop strategies to meet them. • Create and maintain a library of relevant research materials, including articles, reports, and other relevant publications. • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies related to research and analysis. • Develop and implement research policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in research practices. • Train and mentor other employees on research methods and techniques. • Provide support to other departments as needed. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or social sciences. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in using online research tools and databases. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Experience in a research or data analysis role is a plus.
