As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks and supporting the marketing team in various marketing initiatives. Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing reports. • Assist with the coordination and execution of various marketing campaigns, including social media, and content marketing. • Conduct research and compile data to support the development of marketing plans and strategies. • Assist with the planning and execution of events, such as webinars, conferences, and client meetings. Qualifications: • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. • 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Expert in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn. • Interest in marketing and a passion for helping clients achieve their marketing goals. Compensation: $30,000 - $40,000
