We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced executive administrative assistant to support our executive team. As an executive administrative assistant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks and providing executive-level support to the CEO and other members of the executive team. Responsibilities: • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements. • Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information, including company records, contracts, and financial data. • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for the executive team, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the information. • Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. • Conduct research and provide analysis to support the development of business plans and strategies. • Plan and coordinate executive-level meetings and events and client meetings. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. • Strong knowledge of Quickbooks. • 5+ years of experience as an executive administrative assistant, supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced and growing environment. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Expert in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently. • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000
