    As an Intake Specialist your job is to monitor, contact, report and track new case leads while providing a superior customer service experience. You will also be available to assist the team as a whole with any tasks that may arise and/or any tasks assigned by management. Active listening, multi-tasking, empathy, and setting clear expectations with an injured party are crucial to success in this role. Key Points • MUST RESPOND AND HANDLE NEW LEADS IMMEDIATELY! • NEW CASES ALWAYS COME FIRST! Remember when prioritizing the day. • FOLLOW-UPS ARE CRUCIAL! THE MORE AGGRESSIVE YOUR FOLLOW-UP ROUTINE IS, THE MORE CASES YOU WILL SIGN. • COMMUNICATION IS CRUCIAL WITH YOUR TEAM SO THAT PROBLEMS ARE AVOIDED OR RESOLVED AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. Responsibilities: • Monitor for inbound leads via phone, text, social media, or email • Follow up throughout shift with chase and opportunities status leads • Enter all incoming leads into Lead-Docket • Submit New Case List daily by 4:00 pm • Complete intake for new clients • Set up medical treatment or notify case manager where the client would like to treat • Assign new cases to case management • Update and maintain Medical Providers List • Submit daily KPIs by the end of day every Friday Qualifications: • Must have at least one year of sales experience • Must be empathetic • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy helping people • Ability to work independently and proactively, manage competing priorities and deadlines, exercise sound judgment, and take ownership of issues and matters through their successful conclusion • You are a good team player and want to work in a team environment. • Spanish fluency is a plus Compensation: $35,000 - $50,000 yearly
