Mission of the Role:
As our Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our internal operations and client-facing communications. You will assist in validating internal data, create captivating content for our website and marketing materials, leverage cutting-edge AI and Microsoft automation tools, and contribute to research and analysis projects. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to learn about the IT/Managed Service Provider industry and gain valuable insights into Accellis' innovative products and services.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Validate data accuracy and completeness to ensure the highest quality standards
- Create and update engaging client-facing content, including website copy, marketing materials, and sales collateral
- Utilize AI, such as ChatGPT, and Microsoft automation tools to streamline company workflows and enhance efficiency
- Assist with various research and analysis projects to support informed decision-making
- Immerse yourself in the IT/Managed Service Provider industry and Accellis' exceptional products and services
Additional Responsibilities:
- Tackle additional tasks and projects as assigned when the project commences
Requirements for the Role:
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Currently an undergraduate student pursuing a related field, such as marketing, communications, IT, or business
- Possess strong writing and communication skills to convey information effectively
- Exemplify excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision
- Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) for seamless task execution
