    We are seeking a dynamic, fast-paced, high-energy sales representative to join our team to support our growing business portfolio.     In this role, you will:

    ·         Manage the promotion and direction of sales and marketing activities; and oversee the team that researches, promotes, and sells products, systems and services.

    ·         Contribute to the advancement and implementation of sales, while marketing business strategies, which includes business development, advertisement, market research, media planning, public relations, product pricing, distribution, client support, and community involvement.

    ·         Aid fellow employees in creating awareness of products, services and brands.

    ·         Educate appropriate team members and instill in our clients the importance of selling the company’s products and services as a single-source solution, while showcasing how our viability, value and virtue stands firmly above the competition.

    Your potential and our expectations, include:

    ·         Building relationships with current clients; understanding their needs; and strengthening overall client satisfaction.

    ·         Developing and establishing accounts by identifying and solidifying new clients.

    ·         Interfacing with clients and production engineering to determine how products and/or services could be designed or modified to best suit the clients’ needs.

    ·         Maintaining supportive client relations and responding to client questions and needs.

    ·         Researching markets, along with feasibility reports and data, affecting company products and services.

    ·         Participating in focus groups and/or utilizing other assessment methods to determine how to improve existing products and services.

    ·         Conducting and reviewing sales analysis reports; determining volume potential; and making sales projections.

    ·         Reviewing and evaluating the work of staff members and making recommendations to executive team members.

    ·         Analyzing the sales budget to identify needs and/or reductions.

    To join our team, you will need:

    ·         Bachelor's degree and/or commensurate, applicable sales experience.

    ·         3+ years previous sales experience.

    ·         Valid Driver’s License.

    ·         Must be a U.S. Citizen.

    ·         Excellent in-person and written communication skills, and the ability to converse with technical and non-technical clients and peers.

    ·         Willingness and ability to travel.
