Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our growing team! The CS Rep will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing Accent Decor customers. The CS Rep will answer all inbound inquiries within our unique call center environment, ensuring the AD Brand is enhanced by courteous, knowledgeable and timely service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a positive customer experience, while coordinating with sales, operations, inventory and creative to ensure our customer expectations are met and exceeded, every time!
