Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our growing team! The CS Rep will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing Accent Decor customers. The CS Rep will answer all inbound inquiries within our unique call center environment, ensuring the AD Brand is enhanced by courteous, knowledgeable and timely service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a positive customer experience, while coordinating with sales, operations, inventory and creative to ensure our customer expectations are met and exceeded, every time!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Portraying a positive company image and engaging in professional and friendly communications with customers.
• Manage incoming customer interactions through calls, emails, voicemails and mail.
• Manage customer accounts by keeping record of interactions and transactions.
• Answer customer questions on shipping, billing, backorders, inventory etc.
• Follow up with customers to ensure best in class service.
• Become an Accent Decor product expert.
• Able to welcome and embrace change as we continue to learn and grow!
• Support special projects as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
• Bilingual fluent in English and Spanish a plus.
• Ability to adhere to AD standards and guidelines.
• Organized, extremely detailed and able to multi-task under pressure.
• Must be self-motivated and ready to take initiative.
• Technical knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently.
