Our award-winning travel company, Accent on Travel, headquartered in the beachside community of Rehoboth Beach, DE is hiring an experienced and skilled Manager. To be successful in your new role, you will need to come equipped with a deep level of travel industry knowledge, team building skills, savvy sales and customer support experience, and a willingness to embrace new technology. This is a full-time “hybrid’ position working both virtually and in our headquarters located in Rehoboth Beach, DE.

As the Manager of Accent on Travel, your primary focus is continuing to make our team shine, keeping a keen eye on what works and what we could do better, and exploring new innovative ways to connect our ideal client to our services.

You will work side by side with the Founder & Owner of Accent on Travel as you delve into what makes Accent on Travel successful.

You will have the opportunity to work with some of the best travel advisors in the industry.

During your mentorship, you will be introduced and take on working with our outsourced service managers for accounting, marketing, and invoicing.

You will be given the opportunity to build your skills creating mutually beneficial goals with our preferred suppliers.

You will represent the ownership and management of Accent on Travel at client and travel industry events.

You will be given the ‘fast track’ training to be the next President of Accent on Travel.

You will be part of creating the bigger picture - a 100% employee owned business.

Key Qualifications

You should have a deep knowledge of the travel industry including how to run a successful travel agency.

You must have a minimum of 10 years full time travel industry experience.

You need to be driven, self-managed, and self-motivated.

You are computer savvy and possess superior phone and in person rapport and communication skills.

You can work comfortably in a public facing position and business environment.
