About the Role:

3c Business Solutions Inc is looking for a skilled Access Control & CCTV Installation Technician to join our growing team in Kaysville, UT. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in delivering top-tier security solutions to our clients. Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain access control systems and CCTV camera systems at client sites

Run and terminate low-voltage cabling including Cat5e/Cat6, coax, and alarm wiring

Program access control panels, card readers, keypads, and related hardware

Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on installed security equipment

Conduct site surveys and assist with system recommendations prior to installation

Complete accurate job documentation, work orders, service reports, and as-built drawings as needed.

Requirements:

3+years of experience installing access control, door hardware, head end equipment and CCTV

Familiarity with leading brands such as Honeywell, Lenel, Avigilon, Axis, Hikvision, or similar

Experience with copper low-voltage wiring and terminations. Fiber preferred.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and floor plans

Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Must be able to pass a background check & have a clean drug test.

Brivo, Eagle Eye experience preferred.

Strong communication skills and professional, customer-facing demeanor

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple job sites
