    About Your Role:

    Family Centered Treatment helps families who are at-risk, learn and adopt positive behavioral patterns through counseling, skills training, trauma treatment, interventions, community resource coordination and wraparound services. By utilizing the FCT Model to create evidence-based family preservation that will improve youth and family functioning by providing an alternative to out-of-home placements. The FCT Supervisor is responsible for training, development, referral generation, and supervision of FCT Clinicians.

    Does the Following Apply to You?

    Family Centered Treatment certification, preferred.

    Has Clinical licensure or an associate license (LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LP, LCMHCA, LMFT/A, LCSW/A, or LPA)

    At least a Master’s Degree from an institution of higher learning accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education in a field of health, behavioral health, rehabilitation, human services, human development, education, social sciences, criminal justice, administration, management, organizational development, information management, business or a related field or discipline.

    1-3 years of Clinical Supervisory experience, preferred.
