About your Role:
The Manager of ABA Quality and Training is responsible for supervision, oversight, and monitoring of the quality and delivery of services within the ABA service line. The Manager of ABA Quality and Training will also oversee and coordinate continuing education opportunities for ABA Technicians, Registered Behavior Technicians and Board Certified Behavior Analysts. The Manager of ABA Quality and Training will identify gaps in the quality of programming, service delivery and training. Feedback will be provided to clinicians regularly to ensure continuous improvement in program development and implementation.
This position requires a strong clinical and managerial background in order to provide effective feedback, coaching and improved clinical systems across the state. Providing professional and clinical development/training for team members requires this leader to be up to date with the most recent literature and have a strong analytical background. The Manager of ABA Quality and Training serves as a leader, to ensure effective treatment for all clients and sustained quality growth.
Does the Following Apply to You?
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or another Human Services Discipline with an emphasis in Behavior Analysis
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D), with ability to provide supervision
North Carolina Licensed Psychologist (LP) or Licensed Psychological Associate
5 + years of experience post certification providing behavioral services to children, adolescents or adults on the autism spectrum and/or with intellectual disabilities. Experience providing training, supervision and oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Supervisory experience required
