    Responsibilities and Duties:

    The Chief Financial Officer directs the organization’s financial planning and accounting practices. The CFO serves as a strategic sounding board for the executive team to make data driven decisions that guide the overarching strategy for AITG. As the leader of the finance and accounting team the CFO carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with AITG's policies, procedures, and applicable laws.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    1. Oversee and direct treasury, budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, purchasing, real estate, banking relations, risk management, payroll, account receivable and payable, long-range forecasting, and insurance activities.

    2. Responsible for all financial planning and analysis duties, including reporting, KPI’s, projections, budgets and financial statements, current and projected.

    3. Assist with contract negotiation and legal activities: client contracts, vendor contracts, partnership agreements, insurance contracts, and other legal documents.

    4. Responsible for working with management to determine employee's annual salary and bonus adjustments.

    5. Establishes and manages relationships with banking and financial institutions and the investment community.

    6. Directs and coordinates the establishment of budget programs.

    7. Coordinates tax reporting programs.

    8. Oversees and directs the preparation and issuance of annual reports.

    9. Processes monthly commissions, bonuses, and payroll.

    10. Analyzes, consolidates, and directs all cost accounting procedures together with other statistical and routine reports.

    11. Analyzes operational issues impacting functional groups and AITG as a whole and determines their financial impact.

    12. Directs and analyzes studies of general economic, business, and financial conditions and their impact on AITG's policies and operations.

    13. Appraises the financial position of AITG and issues periodic reports on the financial stability, liquidity, and growth.

    14. Evaluates and recommends acquisition and merger opportunities.

    15. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training finance employees.

    16. Manage the finance and accounting team by through planning, assigning, and directing work.

    17. Directs the controller in providing and directing procedures and computer application systems necessary to maintain proper records and to afford adequate accounting controls and services.

    18. Directs the administrator in activities such as custodian of funds, securities, and assets.

    Required Education and Experience:

    1. Undergraduate degree and MBA, master’s degree in finance, with 10 years of related experience.

    2. 7+ years of relevant experience.

    1. GAAP and Financial Reporting.
    
    2. Corporate financial law and risk management practices.
    
    3. Data Analysis and forecasting methods.
    
    1. Experience in M&A.

    2. CPA certification is a plus.

    3. IT or Technology industry experience is a plus.
