Access Management & Provisioning Analyst

We have a position for an Access Management Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring the security and efficiency of IT access across multiple applications and systems. This involves managing user lifecycles, maintaining compliance with standards, and providing technical support. The right candidate will need to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, analyze information, and make informed decisions to ensure appropriate access provisioning.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years of relevant experience.

• Intermediate understanding of Identity and Access Management cybersecurity discipline.

• Works under clearly defined guidelines with direct supervision.

• Consults with management or more senior staff in decision-making.

• Basic understanding of Cloud provisioning preferred.

• Scripting language experience preferred, such as PowerShell, Perl, JavaScript or SQL Script.

• Specializing in an information technology field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of related education, IT certifications, and/or experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Maintains confidential information and demonstrates tact, discretion and diplomacy.

• Ability to communicate technical issues. Strong interpersonal, analytical and customer service skills.
