ACCESS PHYSICAL THERAPY & WELLNESS is seeking enthusiastic homecare physical therapist to provide in home care for total joint replacement patients for the Dutchess, Putnam & Rockland county areas. THERE IS NO OASIS DOCUMENTATION INVOLVED IN THIS POSITION. Therapist are expected to see approximately 30 visits per week. Our physical therapist must have: an empathetic personality, positive attitude, strong communication skills and people skills and be good team players . 

BASIC JOB DETAILS: The physical therapist is responsible of the care of each of their patients and the supervision of the physical therapy assistants and aides. The physical therapist is responsible for all documentation pertaining to the patients. The therapist must be able to perform the physical demands of their job, which may include, lifting, pushing, pulling and assisting patients with exercise and patient transfers.
