Job Description

 POSITION PURPOSE

As a .NET Engineer you will be expected to take on challenging project work designing, building, testing and supporting technical solutions. The Full Stack .NET Developer should be able to gather user requirements (URs), translate URs into technical requirements, design and develop complex front-end and back-end web based software applications while demonstrating working knowledge and experience with Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop Windows forms and web-based applications, including Structured Query Language (SQL) Server and have practical knowledge of Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Dynamic HTML, JavaScript, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), .Net Core, .Net Framework, and other web standards.
• Candidates must also be experienced in software testing (Unit, System, Integration, Functional, Performance) and be able to provide ongoing application support.
• Work with key stakeholders and operations to understand their business needs and effectively communicate with end users and team members
• Administer, develop, install / configure test, debug and maintain applications and databases (Kofax, MS Access, custom interfaces).
• Upgrade legacy platform into current technology

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years experience in .NET Technology: ASP.net, C#, .NET MVC, .NET Core, Web API Development
• 4+ years experience in front-end or back-end application development
• 4+ years experience in writing unit tests for front-end or back-end application development
• 5+ years experience in hands-on programming in HTML
• 2+ years experience in gathering user requirements
• 2+ years experience in working and implementing Cascading Style Sheet (CSS)
• 3+ years experience in developing data-driven applications using relational and/or non-relational data

PREFERRED SKILLS

• 7+ years experience in .NET Technology: ASP.net, C#, .NET MVC, .NET Core, Web API Development
• 6+ years experience in hands-on programming in JavaScript and HTML
• 3+ years experience in Angular 2+
• 6+ years experience in front-end application development
• 5+ years experience in gathering user requirements
