Access Technical Staffing is conducting a search for a Business Analyst or Application Administrator with a strong background in FIS OMNI DC (formerly SunGard OMNI) record keeping system for retirement plans.

This is a direct hire/full time/hybrid (3 days onsite/2 days remote) position that can be located in South Florida or in New York City (Manhattan) with a one of our best clients...a well-established, stable, multi-billion-dollar firm offering outstanding benefits….18 days of vacation plus holidays, medical/dental/vision, both a pension plan and 401K match,  and an excellent bonus program (which has averaged over 20% of earnings for many years).

You will be responsible for developing/defining business solutions for Administrative Operations with FIS OMNI, and designing business process and workflow integrations with SalesForce, Ft. Williams, Relius Compliance Testing, vWise and various payroll vendors. You will work closely with other administrative and business areas of the company.

Skills preferred include:

·         3+ years’ experience with FIS OMNI (previously SunGard OMNI)

·         Solid OMNI DC (Defined Contribution) experience including QDRO and Minimum Distribution transactions

·         Experience with SalesForce (preferably integrated with OMNI) and expertise in Excel preferred

·         SQL

·         Prior project leadership or managerial experience

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         A college degree
