Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Quote new call-in business and producer business as needed or requested by producer/management.
· Process renewals and send to insureds.
· Document any and all correspondence (phone correspondence, quotes, requests, client and underwriter emails, scans, etc.) in AMS360.
· Begin marketing renewals 90-120 days prior to renewal or as requested by producer/management.
· Process policy changes as requested by client or management.
· Process endorsements (including creating the letter, updating AMS and invoicing) as requested by client or management.
· Process audits (including typing the creating the letter, updating AMS and invoicing) as requested by client or management.
· Follow up on suspense items on a daily basis.
· Return phone calls and emails the same day with at least a status update.
· Assist with accounts when co-workers are not available.
· Identify new sale opportunities within existing accounts (up-selling, cross selling) including commercial lines, personal lines, health, life and Brandt Financial.
· Attend department and carrier meetings.
· Other duties as assigned.
