    Certilytics, Inc. provides sophisticated predictive analytics solutions to major healthcare organizations by integrating financial, clinical, and behavioral insights.

    The Director will develop and oversee marketing strategy (sales, customer adoption/retention), and product campaigns. This role will encompass creative, analytical, digital, commercial and administrative responsibilities.  The Director will work closely with other employees in areas such as business & product development, actuarial, clinical and data science.

    In this role there will be collaboration in digital and online marketing through internal resources and external paid advertising and sponsorship. The Director will need to oversee analytics and reporting based on marketing KPIs.  This role will be the primary internal contributor for the marketing strategy.  Familiarity with and knowledge of digital and online marketing methods is a must as well as a background in software development, data analytics.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTION

     

    The Marketing Executives oversee all aspects of a campaign throughout the entire lifespan of a product, service or idea. These responsibilities can include but are not limited to:

     

    • Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
    • Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
    • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
    • Promotional activities
    • Writing and proofreading creative copy
    • Contributing to an effective of the product space maintained within the company websites
    • Organizing events and product exhibitions
    • Updating databases and using a customer relationship management within SalesForce system
    • Monitoring product performance client experience, adoption, and retention
    • Lead efforts in managing marketing strategy

     

    Required Skills

    • Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role within healthcare, software development, and data analytics space
    • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
    • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
    • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software
    • Familiarity with social media and web analytics 
    • Excellent communication and people skills
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
    • Creativity and commercial awareness
    • BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
