The Director will develop and oversee marketing strategy (sales, customer adoption/retention), and product campaigns. This role will encompass creative, analytical, digital, commercial and administrative responsibilities. The Director will work closely with other employees in areas such as business & product development, actuarial, clinical and data science.
In this role there will be collaboration in digital and online marketing through internal resources and external paid advertising and sponsorship. The Director will need to oversee analytics and reporting based on marketing KPIs. This role will be the primary internal contributor for the marketing strategy. Familiarity with and knowledge of digital and online marketing methods is a must as well as a background in software development, data analytics.
