    Job Description

    ROLE OVERVIEW  

    The CONTENT ANALYST Intern will report to the Senior Manager of Content.  He/she will be a member of the Accolade Content team where they will gain real world experience documenting knowledge management processes and procedures.  This position will responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and updating Accolade tools and curating content for customer partner programs that enable Health Assistants to support members with Medical, BH, Rx, Dental and Vision benefit claims and eligibility questions. Additionally, you will be responsible for participating in cross-functional projects and initiatives to provide content expertise across the business. 

    A DAY IN THE LIFE… 

    • Create standards for knowledge management initiatives 
    • Optimize implementation processes and procedures 
    • Apply lessons learned and customer feedback for continuous improvement 
    • Build, maintain, and renew internal and customer/client-facing content for new customer implementations; source content, identify and resolve content gaps, design content structure, and ensure content is consistent with Accolade tools and style guides

    • Currently pursuing a BA / BS degree in Business, Organizational Leadership, Healthcare or a similar field 
    • Strong technical aptitude; proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Sharepoint, Powerpoint) 
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to communicate with individuals at various levels within and outside the organization 
    • Detail oriented, inquisitive and comfortable speaking up in a group setting 
    • Strong problem solving skills 
    • Ability to build relationships to influence desired project outcomes 
    • Leadership, communication & presentation skills 
    • Quick starter with ability to “roll up your sleeves” and make a contribution quickly 
    • A team player capable of working effectively with individuals throughout the organization
