    Job Description

    ROLE OVERVIEW … 

    The Intern, Field Markeing – ABM Programs, will be a valued member of the Field Marketing team working to build out a set of program tools and frameworks we will use for many quarters to come. The focus project for this internship will be to work with Field Marketers, Content Creators and Digital Advertisers to build campaigns and systems. This role will have a counter-partner intern in the Content team focusing on Account Based Marketing (ABM) content. When you leave this internship at the end of the summer, you and your partner intern in the Content team will get to say that you helped Accolade build out our processes, systems and strategies for ABM programs going forward.  

    The Intern, Field Marketing, ABM, will deliver a successful summer project that helps Accolade curate its content library based on sales and marketing inputs, create a selling motion for top accounts and brokerages, create the appropriate microsite and digital advertising strategies, and will build the foundational reporting on how ABM tactics are performing against top accounts. 

    A DAY IN THE LIFE…  

    • Create customer segmentation and working personas with the support of sales and content teams 
    • Identifying customer pain points and use them to guide content selection for campaigns 
    • Understanding our existing content inventory and align it to segments and categories 
    • Partner with Content intern on segmentation alignment for campaigns and assets – ensure that the tagging in Brandfolder matches campaign tagging in Demandbase and other segmentation 
    • Interface with sales reps and leadership about top accounts, consultants and brokerages 
    • Work in platforms like Demandbase and Salesforce to set up campaigns and triggered tactics 
    • Pull and consolidate ABM reports from various tools  
    • Structure templated assets for reuse in many similar campaigns  
    • Work with sales to understand the ABM program results and make changes based on feedback 
    •  Update our working personas in partnership with Sales and Content Intern  
    • Be part of a larger marketing team, gaining exposure to company-wide campaign efforts

     

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    What we are looking for… 

    • 0-3 years experience in a role that utilizes critical thinking, analysis of business problems, research into human psychology or market behaviors, or digital and online data 
    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a BA/BS or MBA degree 
    • Interest in technology, marketing or healthcare industries 
    • Eager to learn basic data analytics and work in Tableau to communicate program impact 
    • Has completed courses in or is comfortable with algebra and basic math in Excel. 
    • Demonstrated written and oral communication and presentation skill 
    • Enjoys and thrives in collaborative teams and small group work
