Accolade’s users rely on technology for all aspects of the business – from the developers who create sophisticated systems to the Health Assistants that deliver detailed, immediate, and personal service to our customers, to the sales and marketing team that turns our excellent service results into future business opportunities. The Technology Services team resolves complex issues which helps keep end users productive in their roles.  We work with users based in Accolade offices and remote locations (i.e. Work from home).  We support Windows, Mac, and Linux devices, as well as virtual and cloud based technologies.

We assess new technologies and configurations that will enhance the end user experience. These include small but impactful settings, new versions of major tools, and design and implementation of systems to manage our hardware and software environment.

Our products enable the business.  We strive to provide a service that users know is a scalable, reliable platform for their tasks.
