    Job Description ROLE OVERVIEW

    SOFTWARE ENGINEER INTERN (MOBILE) reporting to ELLIOTT JACOBSEN-WATTS, SDE III AND MOBILE LEAD, is responsible for the designing, building, and testing of mobile apps that will positively affect hundreds of thousands of users’ health and well-being. __ Specifically, this internship will include the following:

    • Helping with designing and developing Accolade's mobile apps, as well as apps on other platforms (e.g., smart watches, tablets, etc.)
    • Help with researching and implementing ResearchKit and related SDKs.
    • Help with writing and running unit tests and automation tests, as well as manual testing.

    • Collaborate with the team on designing the best and most optimal solutions to complexed features and problems.

    Qualifications

    • Majoring in Computer Science or related field.
    • Experience programming in Swift.
    • Experience developing at least 1 iOS app.
    • Good concepts around programming best practices and design patterns.
    • Great communication and team player.
    • BONUS: You have developed additional iOS apps that were NOT part of a school course/project or online tutorial.
