    Job Description

    Prepare and service beverages for servers and guests in a timely, efficient, friendly, and professional manner. See guests from start to finish through a five-star dining experience including all knowledge and service of food, wine and spirits.

    Job responsibilities include; although are not limited to:

    · Is well groomed and is following our dress code/ uniform policy when at work

    · Ensure all mise en place are setup and ready for service according to the Lobby Lounge

    SOP.

    · Assist service colleagues in completing pre-shift mise en place including complete bar

    setup

    · Assist guests in receiving a flawless dining experience

    · To prepare and expedite cocktails and spirits selections to the guests and wait staff

    · Assist service colleagues in breakdown and cleanup of service areas

    · Check customer identifications to confirm legal drinking age.

    · Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

    Qualifications

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to a high level of execution. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

    · Have an exemplary knowledge of spirits and wine as well as food and wine pairing.

    · Food Handlers Card required.

    ·Registered with ABC and have RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certificate.

    · Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

    · Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.

    · Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written

    · Must possess basic math skills and the ability to use a calculator.

    · Must possess basic computer skills.

    · Ability to solve problems and make rational decisions.

    · Knowledge of Restaurant operations, its services, and facilities.

    · Experience in a bar or high-volume restaurant/bar environment is considered a strong asset

    · High school or equivalent education required.
