    Job Description

    AccordWare provides online benefit enrollment solutions and related HR technology support for our clients that make benefit administration and enrollment easy. We emphasize top notch client care with the most innovative technology using our proprietary benefits administration system - BenXpress - that empowers our clients to maintain control while streamlining benefit administration. Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking to add great people to our Team.

    We are seeking an individual with strong HRIS skills, experience with auditing data and high attention to detail. If you have a desire for continuous learning and are enthused by digging into data, you may be perfect for a position with AccordWare.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Performs data collection, data entry and full audit validation
    • Analyze and understand data elements in BenXpress, carrier files and client payroll files
    • Demonstrates strong computer skills relating to testing, client set-up and trouble- shooting end-to-end to ensure a successful transition prior to implementation and/or plan year start
    • Demonstrates a strong ability to analyze multiple data files.  Processing and loading into the BenXpress system
    • Research, validate and correct discrepancies with various files and reports
    • Proactively communicates issues and obstacles with appropriate members of the team
    • Communicates in a clear, concise, pleasant, professional manner with a positive attitude internally and externally
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    WHAT YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED:

    • Meaningful experience with an HRIS
    • Experience with technology, benefits, HR or healthcare
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
    • Understanding of data types, conversion and importing/exporting files
    • Experience in manipulating data
    • Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving, organizational and time management skills
    • Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy and follow through
    • Ability to learn new technology
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
    • Confident, positive self-starter who achieves high performance standards coupled with a willingness to perform a wide variety of tasks and projects for multiple clients
    • Willingness and ability to learn new technology and advance as a team player

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Electronic data transmission experience
    • Familiar with HIPAA 834 (and 5010 format) files
    • Expertise in XML and text files
    • Experience with payroll and/or carrier systems and processes
