Perfrom direct care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. Assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for all residents

Responsibilities:

• Provide adequate hydration to residents at regular intervals each day according to specific needs
• Observe residents carefully and report changes in condition to Charge Nurse
• Change linen and maintain appropriate grooming supplies in residents rooms on a regular basis
• Provide personal care ie: grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care etc as needed on a daily basis
• Prepare and transport (if appropriate) for meals daily, making sure tray is prepared for accessibility, self-help devices are available and help and assistance is provided to those who need it

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Current and Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification from State or completion and passing of state accredited CNA course pending state boards

• Active CPR preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and maintain several projects with a high level of accuracy and productivity

• Highest level of professionalism with the abiltiy to maintain confidentiality

• Approachable, flexible and adaptable to change

• Education
