Responsibilities
- Manage all Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Human Resources.
- Handle all payments and receipt of deposits for the Property Management Department.
- Process all earnest money and commissions for the Real Estate Department.
- Prepare monthly Reconciliations, Balance Sheets, and Profit and Loss Statements.
- Complete Quarterly Payroll Reports.
- Perform daily administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with Quickbooks
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail oriented
