    ROLE DESCRIPTION

    As a Licensed Customer Service Representative with Jason Street - Allegiance Insurance, you will be the trusted point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate their insurance needs with confidence. Your ability to build relationships, provide exceptional service, and deliver accurate insurance guidance will play a vital role in creating positive customer experiences and maintaining long-term client loyalty.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Serve as a primary resource for clients by answering questions and providing policy support.

    Assist customers with policy changes, endorsements, renewals, billing inquiries, and coverage updates.

    Review policies with clients to ensure coverage aligns with their needs.

    Process customer requests accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance standards.

    Assist with quoting and policy servicing activities as needed.

    Maintain detailed and accurate client records within agency systems.

    Proactively follow up with clients to ensure a positive customer experience.

    Collaborate with team members to support agency goals and client retention efforts.

    Help identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and improve account retention.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.

    Previous insurance agency or customer service experience preferred.

    Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

    Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

    Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client requests effectively.

    Proficiency with computer systems and agency management software.

    Professional, dependable, and customer-focused mindset.

    Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
