What You'll Do

As an Insurance Account Associate you'll play a key role in both servicing existing customers and helping new clients find the right coverage for their needs.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and ongoing support.

Assist clients with policy questions, coverage reviews, billing inquiries, and policy updates.

Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options to help protect their families, homes, vehicles, and businesses.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell and recommend additional products that meet customer needs.

Develop leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospects and existing clients.

Provide personalized solutions through a customer-focused, needs-based approach.

Work collaboratively with a supportive team to achieve agency goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Previous experience in insurance, sales, customer service, banking, retail, or another professional client-facing role is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping people.

Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.

Comfortable learning new technology and agency systems.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Sales-minded with a desire to grow professionally and financially.
