    Position Overview

    Doug MacDaid State Farm is hiring a full-time Account Associate in Tampa, FL for someone who wants to build a long-term career in insurance. This is an in-office role with hands-on training and coaching from a local agency team that values consistency, reliability, and professional growth.     Responsibilities

    • Reach out to prospects, walk them through coverage options, and follow up to close new business
    • Book appointments and guide interested prospects from first call to close
    • Support customers in both Spanish and English with clarity and care
    • Log calls, notes, and pipeline updates in the agency's system daily
    • Hit consistent weekly call targets and monthly production numbers
    • Complete ongoing product education and licensing classes

    Qualifications

    • Experience not necessary - full training provided
    • Fluent or proficient in Spanish and English, preferred
    • Comfortable and confident on the phone with a clear speaking style
    • A self-starter who doesn't shy away from daily calls and follow-ups
    • Ready to earn the insurance licenses the role requires
    • Coachable, upbeat, and happy working as part of a team

    This range reflects total compensation - base salary plus commissions and bonuses. Earnings grow with performance, and top performers go beyond it.
