    Corporations contract with Graebel as a trusted supplier for relocating their employees. If a client company would like to move a specific employee from one city to another, then our relocation division works with that employee to administer his or her benefits within the parameters of that company's policy or policies.

As our Account-Based Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of this transformation, helping us engage new audiences, re-define our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and build high-impact programs that drive meaningful business outcomes.     We are committed to fair and transparent compensation. The salary range for this role is based on several factors including experience, skills, and qualifications and is $85,000 to $100,000.

    Required Skills

    • Design and execute ABM programs across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many tiers.
    • Align closely with Sales to identify high-value accounts and build personalized engagement journeys – ensuring alignment on messaging, timing and account strategy.
    • Develop and manage account-specific multi-channel campaigns that blend personalized content and engagement strategies using tools like Pardot, Drift and Dock.
    • Collaborate with Sales and all relevant internal stakeholders to re-define Graebel’s ICP.
    • Use insights from pilot programs and engagement analytics to evolve targeting strategies.
    • Partner with the Product and Content Marketing teams to develop tailored assets that speak directly to account needs and buying stages.
    • Ensure content is dynamic, relevant, and aligned with campaign goals and brand voice.
    • Leverage AI tools to scale personalization, automate outreach, and optimize performance.
    • Track engagement, pipeline influence, and revenue impact using advanced analytics platforms.
    • Continuously optimize programs based on performance data and feedback.
    • Performs other related essential duties as assigned or requested.

    Required Experience

    • 5-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in ABM or demand generation.
    • Proven success in building and scaling ABM programs.
    • Strong understanding of martech ecosystems and campaign orchestration.
    • Experience developing personalized content in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
    • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and a passion for innovation.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strategic mindset with a bias for action and experimentation.

The targets for this role are dependent on market/ geographic location and range from $85,000 to $100,000.
