Responsibilities: • Analyze life insurance products, financial data, and client portfolios to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities. • Develop reports and dashboards to track business performance, client retention, and policy effectiveness. • Collaborate with leadership and agents to streamline operations and improve client experience. • Research market trends, underwriting guidelines, and competitor products to support strategic decisions • Support financial advisors with case analysis, product comparisons, and illustrations. • Provide actionable insights to enhance business growth and profitability. Qualifications: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Have or willingness to obtain life & health insurance license • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities. • Business-driven mindset with a desire for personal and professional growth. Compensation: $60,000 yearly
