  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Support agency account management and strategic teams with client marketing and branding assignments.
    • Prepare client service-related documents such as meeting agendas, reports, proposals, and other communications.
    • Manage calendar and logistics for onsite and offsite client meetings, including scheduling, refreshments/meals, and travel.
    • Participate in and document discussions during client meetings and conference calls.
    • Communicate with vendors, review vendor quotes, and verify production specifications.
    • Draft estimating worksheets, scoping documents, and work orders for projects.
    • Create and provide feedback on project estimates and timelines.
    • Field and process internal information requests.
    • Provide backup for client activities when other account team members are unavailable.
    • Support planning and posting of social media, and digital content for clients and our agency
    • Create and edit PowerPoint and Excel documents for client presentations.
    • Assist in project kickoffs and maintain and communicate current project status.
    • Complete various project tasks as assigned.
    • Draft weekly client status reports.
    • Assist with billing for client jobs and update client budget tracker spreadsheets.
    • Assist with mailings and general filing and organization of documents on the file server.
    • Learn relevant client processes for assigned accounts to remain compliant with contractual agreements.
    • Support project management as needed.
    • Continuously upgrade knowledge and skills through available reading, courses, and seminars.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Working toward a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Demonstrated interest in healthcare communications.
    • Proven ability to maintain high quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, dependable, and able to work independently.
    • Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with others to move projects forward.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Proven ability to work well in a team environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

    Additional Information

Start and end date of the internship is flexible based on the applicant’s academic calendar. The internship will consist of between 20-24 hours a week. We can accommodate based on individual needs to help support classes/other work commitments taking place during the three-month engagement.
