    The Account Coordinator will ensure that they are serving as a support role to the Manager and responsible for Lead Follow-Up, Retention, and Engagement strategy. This role will exhibit an ability to achieve targets and goals for the club.

    Reports to: General Manager

    Experience Requirements:

    1+ years business experience experience required.

    Skill Requirements:

    Professional Responsibilities:

    Operations

    Guest Follow up- Follow up with non-joined tours, call and attempt conversation, and track all progress

    Resolve member alerts in an efficient and tactful manner following club procedure and documentation.

    Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and care offered to the members and employees.

    Ensure the club meets brand standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security and follow up with members in regards to their feedback.

    Perform daily reports for smoothie sales, cancellation trends, and club reporting.

    Schedule Social Media posts for the week.

    Sales

    Achieve desired revenue goals in the following profit centers:

    Membership

    Training

    Retail & Merchandising

    Monitor flagged check-ins to increase revenue and reduce collections.

    Ensure ongoing prospecting and generation of new prospective members.

    Ensure that the staff has a high level of knowledge about the club’s programs, facilities, and equipment.

    Demonstrate an ability to increase revenue per member.
