    Key Responsibilities

    Account Management

    Manage and develop relationships with existing retail and wholesale jewelry accounts.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

    Ensure timely communication regarding orders, inventory availability, and delivery schedules.

    Maintain strong client satisfaction and retention.

    Sales Development

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities within jewelry retailers, department stores, and e-commerce partners.

    Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Present new collections and product launches to clients.

    Develop strategic sales plans to grow revenue within assigned territories.

    Product & Market Expertise

    Maintain deep knowledge of jewelry collections, materials, pricing, and market trends.

    Provide clients with product recommendations and merchandising strategies.

    Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.

    Order & Operations Coordination

    Coordinate closely with operations, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure accurate order processing and fulfillment.

    Track orders, shipments, and client requests to ensure smooth delivery.

    Assist with forecasting and inventory planning based on account demand.

    Trade Shows & Client Engagement

    Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

    Conduct product presentations and showroom appointments.

    Travel as needed to meet clients and develop business relationships.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field preferred.

    3+ years of experience in jewelry sales, luxury goods, or fashion accessories.

    Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

    Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

    Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets.

    Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

    Preferred Experience

    Experience working with retail jewelry chains, department stores, or e-commerce brands.

    Knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, and jewelry manufacturing processes.

    Experience in gift-with-purchase (GWP) or promotional jewelry programs is a plus.
